Trouble comes in threes....

The weather on Thursday was beautiful and we are enjoy the full moon at the moment so there is some light outside. There was no wind and the temperature was about -11 .... Positively Tropical.

After morning tea the three of us went outside to one of the containers to collect fish crate lids. The snow was lightly falling and it was a light powder on the ground. It had yet to set into the crusty firm covering that sounds like polystyrene when you walk. It was fun to kick around and make snow angles. We wondered around like three little black figures the long way round to the containers as the snowy hill was too slippy to climb. Our tracks looked like three little drunk people....

We ended up at the top of the hill with fish crate lids - only one thing to do - slide down on them. We sent Fiona down first, a few times to firm up the run - it was great therapeutic fun to slide, crash, roll and laugh our way down this slop - numerous times...

We went back inside covered in snow.
